Descrizione
Founded by the Greeks, in the 8th century BC, set on the scenical Strait, Messina was totally remodelled after the earthquake of 1908. We will explore the highlights of the city centre, such as the Cathedral and the bell tower, the symbol of the city.
We will plunge back into hustory with the Catalani Church and we’ll take a walk among the beautiful and refined Eclectic and Liberty Style buildings of the old town.
And if you’re in Messina by midday we won’t miss the amazing bell tower carrousel, come and see more! 🙂
